This project is located in Swansea MA. Ocean Break Construction resided the entire house, after we added a large addition onto this 1890 home. The addition consisted of digging a new foundation for a bulkhead and entrance to the basement. On top of the new foundation we added a living / dining room on the first floor and a master bedroom on the second. Building additions on to older homes require more work and preparation than new builds. Having the proper plans and permits are required and should be done by a professional and someone that you trust and enjoy working with.
